The room was good but the sheets were absolutely disgusting with stains. We asked for new sheets and they just gave us a bag and didn’t make the bed like housekeeping usually does.

The staff was not trained and failed to know her surroundings. 1. I attempted to open the door with my room key when a 6/5 man open the door and ask what I was doing. I showed him the card with the room number written on it and we both agreed it reflected his room number. We both went downstairs to correct the issue only to discover the zero was really an 8. 2. I asked about the ice machine on my floor (3) and was told the only ice machine is on 2. After unpacking I went to level two to find the ice machine and nothing. I walked back downstairs and ask again where is the ice machine at which time she said two. After I informed her that the ice is not on 2 it is on 3 (the same floor my room is on). Prior to leaving the desk, I ask her if she was sure and she got up to walk down the hall on level one and surprise the ICE MACHINE. 3. The toilet ran all night. The outside light was directly over my window the drapes did not block out any of the light. The kitchen cabinet had a broken handle and the frig ice maker does not work and the ice tray was filthy. This was my experience after a 7-hour drive from Dallas. I was stuck in traffic for two hours due to shooting on the Turner Turnpike. (Highway patrolman was shot and law enforcement closed the roads and cars were unable to move for two hours. No hangers and no extra blanket. The last thing I wanted to do was walk the facility looking for the ice machine.

i come to tulsa once a month. and this is the best hotel room i have had anywhere in arkansas and oklahoma. plus having dishes for us use to eat was the icing on the cake. the room was awesome! we will becoming back every month. thank you guys!
