It’s ok over priced

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. They double charged my card without any prior warning or explanation, and when I contacted them to resolve the issue, they had the audacity to tell me it was a “computer glitch” and that “glitches happen.” As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ended up suffering significant foreign exchange loss because of their mistake. The amount for my stay plus the deposits of 250 worked up close to USD 1k. Imagine they doubled charged. They offered no compensation and they had the nerve to tell me all they could do was reverse the charge — which is useless since the damage had already been done! I was left with no recourse and no accountability from their side. The complete lack of responsibility or effort to make things right is beyond frustrating. They just shrugged it off as if it were nothing, offering nothing but a half-hearted “SORRY.” This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I will never stay here again. Avoid this place at all costs!

Property was awesome - staff was courteous and responses quickly, they text you and you can text the front desk to ask questions at any time. They have an area of stuff that can be borrowed such as board games, waffle makers, etc. There is also an area by the front desk where you can purchase items, including butter, chips, snacks, cereal. There’s a gym and washer/dryer that is free, you just need to bring your own detergent. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the setup in the rooms were accommodating for family. The rooms have a full fridge, electric stove top, dishwasher, and microwave. If you are accustomed to a higher end establishment, you may want to look elsewhere.The surrounding area is quiet and there are a few great malls nearby. There was plenty of free parking. My only valid complaint was that my room smelled like fried chicken, but it was very well cleaned, down to the mirrors, furniture, and kitchen area.

The staff were very kind & helpful. The beds were nice. The kitchenette was a great convenience.

The beds were nice, but not the pillows. There was hair in the shower drain. The loction made me uneasy & we paid $50 for a delivered pizza. The absolute worst, though, was a shocking $250 deduction from my checking account for "incidentals." My checking account will be short that amount for up to 7 days?
