Candlewood Suites Chesapeake-Suffolk by IHG

I liked the location, price, and the service. Quiet hotel with gorgeous rooms stocked with everything needed to cook a meal.

The towels were kind of thin.

The hotel was just ok. We’ve stayed at candlewood suites many times and it is usually clean and nice. This time it was dusty, dirty, rundown.

I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites Chesapeake/Sufflok and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Cracker barrel, 7 Eleven, Burger King, and other shopping and restaurants close. The hallways did not smell fresh, and the rooms was not very clean for instance shower, floors, and stain on the ceiling. The bed was comfy, and it was quiet. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

It was in a nice area

The air conditioner wet up the entire floor on one side of the room., It was a handicap room which there was no bathtub, the carpet smelled mildew, and they never accommodated me for the room I was in . Which should have been given to a person that was handicapped.

Clean

Perfect place for a one night stay. Hotel was very clean and safe went above and beyond to assist us.

The location was close to where my father’s funeral was being held.

The property temperature was not the best and the time were not as clean as we would have liked.
