SO clean! Staff friendly and patient with us and our pets. Delores and Terri serve a lovely breakfast. We were here 2 weeks and never failed to enjoy it...and I hate breakfast as a rule.
Loved the property, customer service was wonderful. The ladies in the breakfast bar take a gold medal with their excellent food. I was very surprised and definitely invite more people to go. My puppy was welcomed and the property allows you a place to walk them as well. Very pleased…
USCheck in was easy. The room is comfortable and has a small kitchen which would be nice if you want to reduce eating out. The bed is comfortable. The shower head is good. On the negative side: The bathroom fan is noisy and the towels are scratchy. The breakfast is pretty extensive as breakfasts go. Waffle maker, hit foods like sweet potato tots, sausages, cheese omelet. Cold foods include cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Terri and Delores were attentive. My main complaint is the amount of plastic waste. The plates are styrofoam, flatware is plastic, and many items like cottage cheese are prepackaged in individual sized plastic containers. I understand that it’s hard to wash heavy dishes but there are lightweight materials that can be put in a dishwasher. Given the concern about plastic waste that Americans are producing, Staybridge should make an effort (at least a TINY one) to reduce plastic waste.
