Unsafe, lock on door would not lock. A/C did not work, made us use a portable A/C. Elevator sounded unsafe, felt safer using the stairs. Management and staff have lack of knowledge of how to provide customer service. There fix of providing customer service is a "take it or leave". Management was no help or would not even try to follow up about any concerns. Dont recommend staying at this hotel, which is sad since my company always booked here, but when came to personal felt mistreated.

"It was okay"

The location was good. Hotel was clean.

Well i was disappointed to know that the social hour wasn't everyday at this hotel because all the other staybridge hotels I've stayed at have been everyday. The breakfast wasn't the best. Only thing I actually ate was a bagel and sausage. I think breakfast could be better done. Also the pillows in my room kept poking me because of the feathers.

Not my first time staying here. Usually a pleasant experience, but this time was disappointing. 3 of us stayed in the room. 1 of us on the pull out couch. As I looked for the blankets for the pullout I noticed the sheets were missing. I pulled out the bed and dirty sheets were on the bed. Visibly brown with thick curly black pubic hair. Pulled of the sheets and the mattress cover had pubes on it too. :( Went to get clean sheets and made a bed on the couch. Couldn’t stomach the bed.

Only complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel

We frequent this location 2 or 3 times a year

The power went out in the middle of cooking and stove stopped working. Very hot as air conditioning wasnt running. Uncomfortable to say the least. I realize you cannot control the weather however I'm a IHG rewards member and none of my points were added nor was a discount offered.

"Nice place."

The hotel was nice and clean. They have a full kitchen with full size appliances! This was wasted on me as we only stayed one night. Good breakfast with both hot and cold entrees, great gym and nice pool.
