"amazing food and people beyond my expectations"

amazing motel front desk all great people friendly helpful kind understanding and just a joy to be around the pool could be a few degrees warmer but you get use to it shower there to rinse before getting in or getting out towels provided the breakfast wvery good waffles two sizes bacon or sausage eggs not the best but eatable fruits cereal milk beans and very clean coffee de caff and reqular water for tea i was very impressed the rooms were great big kitchen area full fridge microwave plates silverware everything you need a coffee maker with coffee shower not as much force as i like but it was good just alittle bit longer to get soap off then there was the comfort of the bed great the small table to eat on but only one chair the gym the wife used tread mill was broken then the other one made lots of noise over all it was amazing thank you you won us over stay with you always accommodated our 12 week old puppies for a charge thank you Darshama was amazing at the front desk very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile so sweet thank you

I never got to stay! They refused to give me my PREPAID ROOM via my CC because I had to CC tap for the security deposit if $50! The insisted I use my pin #. I couldn't remember my CC pin. I never need to use it. Manager refused. I tried giving cash and they refused that too? I tried calling Booking.com and got an AI bot🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬! Total BS! I went next door to Hilton suites. They looked after me. Never again! This hotel or Booking.com owe me $150!

Offered breakfast. We had sleeping options. The kitchenette was nice if you were planning to stay longer.

There was no privacy between the bedroom and bathroom sink area which meant you had to change in the toilet/bathroom area. We were next door to the elevator so you heard that all night. They basically told us at check in that they upgraded us to a King Suite…which is what I booked in the first place. But if you’re going to act like you are going to give us more than we asked for, putting us next to elevator was not a plus.

Decent breakfast, quiet location

TV didn't work. No advance notice of a area cable issue, left trying to figure it out. Asked for no pet room due to allergies. Appears that room has had pets in it before.
