"Very poor toilet paper." "There was NO way to close the window curtains! The outside lights glared in ALL NIGHT!" "Handicap room did not have Shower bars." "NO ICE. " "Room door was right next to Hotel side access door, even though I asked distinctly to NOT have a room near that door! It was startling every time it was used!"
