Bathroom needed some repairs

Friendly reception, clean and well appointed suite in a very convenient location. I’d stay here again.

Many maintenance issues not addressed. The kitchen floor has water underneath. The vanity in the bathroom and the closet trim was pieced back together. The ac in the bedroom was louder than a jet engine. Temperature control wasn't working properly. We were told the ac in the hallway was broken. I've stayed here many times but it's time for some improvements.

Great Location, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Floors and chairs in sitting areas inside and outside the rooms could have definitely been cleaner.

The rooms and the upgrade were awesome. The staff was very nice.

This hotel has the following good features that my family liked very much: The rich variety of hot breakfast (beckon, several types of sausages alternated every day, eggs or omelets, oatmeal’s or biscuits with gravy, waffle, fruit bar with blue berries and cut melons plus walnuts and pecans etc) , social dinner (Monday through Wednesday, pulled pork and chicken, cheese, chips , cookies and vegetable dips etc) and all day-long water and coffee, clean and spacious hotel room, free laundry, and friendly service of front desk receptionists and house-keepers The followings may need further improvements for future stay or other customers: The magnetic key to my room frequently failed to work and need to change at the front desk; social diner time often with a group of workers wearing dirty clothes or with bad smells
