Disappointing stay – not worth the price We were assigned a twin-bed suite despite having paid for a large double-bed room, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not improve from there. First and foremost, the hotel is extremely noisy. A dog was left alone in a nearby room and barked continuously for hours, late into the night. I contacted reception and asked them to reach the owners, but they were unable to do so. The barking continued unchecked, making it impossible to rest properly. The room itself was below the standard we were expecting. The air conditioning was very loud and blew directly directly above the head of the beds, causing constant noise and discomfort. The room layout was also poorly designed: the TV screen is placed on the side, making it impossible to watch from the beds. Breakfast was another disappointment. The breakfast room was completely full, with no available tables or seats. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the waiter suggested that we take food and coffee back to our room. We agreed, but when we took cups from the cupboard in the kitchen suite, they were dirty. This is unacceptable for a hotel that claims a certain level of comfort and service. Overall, between the noise, lack of sleep, poor room comfort, and inadequate breakfast arrangements, this is not a hotel we would recommend.

Location was great - within walking distance of Riverwalk and attractions. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The 2 room suite was perfect for our family.
