The gentleman who helped me check in was wonderful, unfortunately I cannot recall his name!! He was very friendly and helpful late in the evening after I had an extremely long drive.

One of the elevators wasn’t working but I didn’t mind using the other one that was. The breakfast was a little lacking and one large family took about 30-45 minutes making basically all of the pancakes but everything else was great!

The best room we have ever had at a property. We were here for 5 days with me, the wife and two kids. The two bedroom setup was amazing. Two bathrooms so the kids had their own bathroom and we had ours was great. Also the full kitchen was a huge plus. The breakfast was amazing with something different each morning and the afternoon social with appetizers or hors d’oeuvres was great. They offered free wine or beer but we did not partake. The weight room was very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again and when we do we will request the exact same room we had this time.

We had zero issues or complaints.

The set up how it was a like a studio apt. It had a living room where we could all sit and enjoy ones company . It had your bedroom so you could have your privacy. Also, the kitchen area was amazing. mabey, I didn't read enough, but it was well stocked with the kitchen utensils and cookware to the point you could cook vs. eat out, and tbh I thought it was awesome.. It was also clean. I never walk bear foot I did here!

Now!! It could be a little updated. My couch dipped in the center. Wasn't that comfy, and there were other small things,my door handel was lose and falling off but we managed all in all if I come back to Chattanooga. im.staying here!!!
