My daughter lives in Chesapeake duebto my son-in-law being stationed in Norfolk. Every time we come out to visit we stay in this hotel and it never disappoints. Rooms always clean. Staff always friendly. Prices are good.

Room was very humid and smelled of mildew/mold. When we arrived we lowered the AC, but the temp went up 2 degrees before it started cooling hours later and never reached the temp it was set to. We informed the front desk when we noticed the raise in temp. We understood that since we checked in so late maintenance had already left for the day, but through our 3 night stay no one ever checked the AC and the room remained muggy and uncomfortable. The beds were nice, but the floor felt gross to walk on barefoot and tile was coming up in the kitchenette. The check in was fine despite the wait from them cancelling another guests stay due to their deposit payment not going through and from what I understand the hotel was very booked up. They never had enough towels for our room despite the reservation stating we had 5 ppl staying in the room. The first night we had 3 and then 2 the next day. All in all, I will not be coming back to this location. It was not a comfortable stay, but with most of the hotels booked up, it was the only option.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and decent free breakfast. Would stay again 100%.

The location is awesome. The staff was great.

The jacuzzi was not hot at all. I was looking forward for that. In my bathroom it was a black ring around the frame of the sink that made it hard to look while brushing teeth and washing face.
