Clean and we liked the separate sitting area. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Not a lot of space in the breakfast area. People were going every direction.

"Buona struttura, ma gestione amministrativa e servizio clienti pessimi"

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente e strategica, ideale per spostarsi comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno, mentre la pulizia generale di tutti gli ambienti è davvero impeccabile.

Sono estremamente delusa dal servizio clienti post-soggiorno di questo hotel. Per mesi hanno completamente ignorato le mie email in cui chiedevo la fattura del soggiorno. Un mese dopo il viaggio, un mio collega si è recato di persona in struttura per chiederla: lo staff gli ha promesso a voce che l'avrebbero inviata subito, ma non è mai arrivato nulla. Ora, il General Manager si rifiuta ufficialmente di emettere il documento accampando la scusa che la prenotazione è stata fatta tramite Booking.com. Questo è assolutamente falso e poco professionale. Anche con prenotazioni tramite terzi, la struttura è tenuta a rilasciare la documentazione fiscale. Evitate questo posto se avete bisogno di documenti corretti o di un servizio clienti affidabile. Pessimi e zero professionali.

This hotel meets expectations. It’s clean, and the room has slightly more space than a standard hotel room. The small kitchenette is convenient. Overall, it is beyond time for a room refresh. TV is out of date, and not user friendly. In room appointments are well past their prime.
