"Ruime kamer, personeel vriendelijk maar de rest was niet zo geweldig, ontbijt en schoonmaak teleurstellend"

Ontbijt was summier, als je laat ontbijt was niet alles meer voorradig. Bovendien werd de kamer de eerste dag schoongemaakt, de volgende 3 dagen niet.

We loved how spacious the room was, got it as an upgrade ! We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved the pool.staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. It was nice that I could get hot water for tea in the lobby. (A kettle in the room would be more convenient).

Aside from lack of kettle, I had a significant problem with the breakfast that was included in the cost of the room. I was downstairs before 9:00 am and there was very little food available: almost no bread, no muffins, small or no amounts of hot foods. I asked if there were no more muffins and was told they were only frozen ones...that they had all been taken. In the next 10 minutes no more food was brought out. I should be refunded the price of 2 breakfasts, as the only person who had a real breakfast was one of our group of 3 who went downstairs at 7:00 am. They know the night before, the number of people who will be there for breakfast. There is no excuse for being that poorly prepared.

Table was not cleaned in dining room, baseboards need dusting in room, saw a silverfish bug.
