"staff saw that the tub was dirty but did not clean it, it was dirty daily due to the slow flow"

Great hotel and great staff. The free breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. Good spread too (eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, yogurt, bread, bagels, etc.). Monday- Wednesday they also serve free dinner from 5:30 pm- 7:00 pm. Great way to save some money on your trip, especially with a family. The room was a great value and the staff were excellent. The only area they could improve on is renovations. The rooms were a bit dated (paint peeling, wallpaper peeling). The overall stay was great though and the ac worked great. Highly recommend.

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – My Car Was Stolen!"

I stayed at this hotel thinking it would be a simple, no-frills place for a weekend getaway. Oakville is one of the safest neighborhoods in Ontario. What I didn’t expect was to wake up and find my car stolen from their parking lot. The lot had no security, no cameras, and no staff oversight whatsoever. When I reported it to the front desk, they were shockingly indifferent—offering no real help or support, just a "call the police" and that was it. No empathy, no accountability, not even a follow-up for someone visiting from the states and very little knowledge about local law enforcement. I also escalated to the hotel manager Mr. Dwight but he could care less and offered no support. I later found out this wasn’t the first time something like this happened here - hotel staff claimed it had happened at least 3-4x before in the last 6 months. At one point, I honestly started wondering if the hotel was in on it. If you value your safety or your vehicle, stay far away from this place. This experience completely ruined my weekend trip. The hotel is highly negligent.
