Staybridge Suites Toledo/Maumee by IHG

Next to mall that is very desolate. Parking is open to mall area, would watch what you leave in your car.

In construction until the end of the year. Price does not reflect the inconvenience, the dust and the noise.

I'm sure this will be better when the construction is done, but things were pretty ripped up on the main floor area.

Areas were under construction.

I didn't know they was redoing the hotel . Other than that it was going.

The tub backed up. We had to stand in dirty water while showering. We told the front desk. Nothing was done other than, “I’ll pass that info along.” We have still heard nothing back. Not acceptable. Will not return.

The rooms are big and nice, all just remodel.

My room was not cleaned properly. There was a water bottle under my night stand, food on the side of the bar table ,and the TVs and Mirrors where still dusty from the remodeling.

Check in was not friendly when I booked room the said I had adjoining rooms that was not the case my room I had was totally dusty and when told housekeeping the said the would tell someone and the lamps hanging over table in kitchen still had packing Material on them the breakfast was terrible no plates no plastic knives forks and there was no food when he brought plates after my wife ask for some they where wet with water I have been staying here for over 20 years this is my last time at your hotel after this stay the worst stay ever and the two luggage carts are a joke good luck I’m sure this place will not be around long with this type of management!!

When a hotel is undergoing major renovations, visitors should be told in advance. Lobby was torn up, dust was everywhere. Elevators couldn’t be used one evening. It was VERY uncomfortable.
