朝食が毎日少しずつ違うこと。 Social hourが週３日行われていること。ランドリーが無料で利用できること。駐車料が無料なこと。常に掃除が行われており、清潔に保たれている。毎日軽いハウスキーピングが行われています。完全なハウスキーピングは週１回ですが、これで必要十分だと思います。
