The room was clean.

We booked a 2 queen bed room. Not until we went to the room did we know we had a 1 queen bed room. Checking with the front desk, they told us they were booked up. They did not mention that the couch was a pull out bed. So we were uncomfortable trying to sleep with a 80 year old 6 ft. 5 inch man and his wife in the queen bed.
