Lack of vending machines. Desk staff need training on how to engage guests. We had several opportunities but he never once spoke to us. Bad attitude or lack of training or simply no interest in the job.

房间干净整洁，最特别的是有吧台，自己外带了点食物坐下来吃起来很方便。早餐中规中距，有热炒的蛋和肉饼(虽然数量有限，一天吃到了一天没见到)。整体感觉不错。

都还好，满足自己的需求。床太软，但好像其它酒店也都一样。

Größe der Zimmer, Wassermenge in der Dusche, kostenfreie und ausreichend viele Parkplätze, die Alarmanlage hat funktioniert. Die Evakuierung bei Feueralarm funktionierte schnell und geordnet, allerdings haben wir dabei keinen Beitrag des Hotelpersonals erkannt.

Sauberkeit war kathastrophal. Im Zimmer fleckige Teppiche, Schimmel im Bad, ein Stuhl und der war verdreckt und voll Haare, Frühstück war von der Auswahl genügend für niedrige Ansprüche, allerdings waren schnell viele Produkte vergriffen und wurden nicht oder nur zögerlich nachgefüllt. Das Servicepersonal wirkte auf uns desinteressiert und überfdordert. Im Erdgeschoss (1. Flur) war der Boden der Lobby beschädigt, insgesamt wirkte das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig. Im Herbst 2025 soll angeblich eine Renovierung des Erdgeschoss (1. Flur) erfolgen. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Flur.
