It was ok. Location was awesome, breakfast was great. I Always use this hotel but this time the mattress had a funny smell and my room was cleaned when i had the “do not disturbe” sign.

El de recepción tiene pésimo servicio al cliente! Llegue a la 1:30 am, hice mi reservación a las 11 más o menos, llegue y dijo que no había nada en mi nombre, que no se pueden hacer reservaciones después de las 6 pm, que tenía yo que localizar a la empresa de donde hice mi reservación y que ellos mandaran un cupón con el código de mi reservación para asegurarse de que se hizo el pago, nunca vio mi código que tenía que me mando hoteles.com, después de un rato logré comunicarme y quedaron en hablarle al de recepción, cuando entre nuevamente al hotel el de recepción no estaba en su área de trabajo estaba comiendo, le dije que estaban hablando de hoteles.com y el dijo que no, pero el teléfono timbraba solo que el no estaba en su área. Me dio mi habitación a las 3 am!!!!! Cuando entramos mi hijo y yo a descansar de un largo viaje vi que la cama estaba sucia!!!!! El teléfono en la habitación no funciona y no podía comunicarme a recepción, tuve que marcar desde mi celular para que me cambiaran de cuarto. Así que vine descansando a las 3:30am, pague para ir a batallar y no poder descansar, tenía que levantarme temprano y no pude descansar!!!! Fue muy mala experiencia!!!!! Jamás vuelvo a quedarme en esos hoteles ni a utilizar hoteles.com para hacer mis reservaciones!!!! Llegar a esas horas de la madrugada solo para estar batallando y con mi hijo!!!! Solo pague para un mal trato!!!!!!!!!
