"Adequate for a One night stay"

Room was clean and staff was pleasant- bed was comfy enough. Only problems were a loud refrigerator and poor TV quality. The refrigerator was so loud! It took us a minute to decide what was making that noise. We thought about unplugging it so we could sleep; but, instead used ear plugs and that was enough so we could sleep. The TV was very old with poor screen quality. The picture was distorted and at times, the sounded was garbled. We only stayed one night -passing through. If we were staying longer, we would have booked another hotel. Adequate for the price for one night.

New TV and fix the frig so you can not hear it running. All else good!

Young lady behind the desk attend that night on the 28th very sweet young woman in the morning when I went down to breakfast very kind

Coffee was horrible Breakfast was just nothing that I would ever eat.

"Our experience was miserable."

The location was close to several eating establishments. Ground floor rooms were directly accessible from the parking.

The room, towels and linens had a musty odor that could be compared to stale cigarette smoke. The desk chair was completely broken and stuffed under the desk which we informed the front desk clerk of the issue. While walking the facility I detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana. As a retired police officer I am very familiar with the odor. There was paper stuffed in the entry door peephole and the door lock appeared to have been damaged at some point. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and were totally disappointed with our experience. We had previously booked a room at this hotel for our return trip which we cancelled based on this most recent stay!

"Room was fine, but several ground floor rooms appear to be available, but I was told none were."

Room was confortable

I had requested several months before check-in to have a ground-floor room close to the associates I was meeting there. I have back issues and had several pieces of luggage that I didn't need to carry upstairs. One of my party made reservations a month after me and was given a ground-floor room. I will not be staying there again next year.
