Accommodation and staff were excellent. Breakfast was okay, abit burnt particularly the bacon, difficult to eat. On site free parking was appreciated. In this price bracket £68.00 for room plus £9.50 for breakfast, you would expect everything to be right.

Great place, free towel, free parking, close to city centre.
I spent two nights in a private room, with an ensuite shower and toilet. This exceeded my expectations in its cleanliness, warmth and comfort. The man in reception was very helpful and friendly, the wifi was very good, the lounge and kitchen facilities were excellent and overall I was delighted with everything. I chose the hostel as a place that was dog friendly and in a superb location in Oban and was not disappointed at all. Very good value for money.
Big room !i had a double at front!lovely views!very well situated!gd walk along seafront into town!kitchen spotless and well kept,stocked with tea/coffee etc!lovely stay and staff were very welcoming!recommended!

We stayed one night here as we needed a bed for the night before getting the ferry the next day. Room was spotless and beds were incredibly comfortable. Although there was no catering on site due to covid, there was a seating area and utensils provided if you wanted to bring food in to eat, and there was a constant supply of tea+coffee available. Really pleasant stay, would stay again.
