Same villa near pool 102 waited us with good Wi-Fi and silent Aircon. Villa was in good condition and fresh paint used during bad times with Covid. We enjoyed very much our visit and resort is nice and staff very friendly. Breakfast was simple according to occupancy not full buffet. Good coffe, some fruits and all important eggs prepared any way you want. I hope more travelers to arrive to Lamai to help Thai people for hard blows from pandemic. We did our share please follow our path.

+ amazing staff, garden, walking for breakfast was wonderful , very comfortable bed, free bottle of water in room every day - room may be more clean (toilet, floor..) but maybe it is my feeling, I prefer more clean room. But in this price range services were really good.

We stayed here 7 nights because of the Samui Sandbox. Reservations were mad easy and quickly and all questions answered. Pick up from airport, efficient check in and the little villa was great. Room Great bed, big size bathroom, safe and little sitting area. Quiet and in a tropical garden leading to the beach and pool. Cleaned daily. Breakfast Enough choice - fresh fruits, cereals, eggs can be ordered and brown (!) bread. Coffee good and overall enjoyable. Pool Not big but nice and sun beds around the pool. Due to COVID it was never busy but of course people still put towels on the sun beds to reserve them..... Dinner Food is ok but nothing spectacular. Spice it up and make it Thai instead of Western Thai. Outside the hotel is a local place JimJoon - that is very tasty and cheap. Staff Very kind but sometimes rushing things. And standing next to our table when having dinner feels intrusive. Breakfast staff great. Overall a very pleasant and relaxed stay. Little walk towards the Main Street of Lamai via the road or the beach. There is not enough beach in front of the resort but the pool makes up for that. It would be nice if all beach resorts take their responsibility and make sure the beach is CLEANED! It is shocking to see what lies on the beach in terms of plastic, wood and even some oil. People come here for a beach holiday so hope this is priority number one. Definitely recommend this resort who pinch frequents mainly Western people and a lot of Germans in particular.

We stayed 13 Nights with 3 Rooms in that Hotel. To be honest it’s not the experience which we thought we will get. 1. as we arrived they told us Amex is not longer accepted - we booked via Amex - after some days the organised it that we could pay with Amex. 2. we had several issues with the room which they managed to fix it but just after several days 3. the breakfast was very limited and after 13 days we could not see the offered food anymore - very limited options 4. all Windows where several days open - as a guest it should not be the first step to check it the windows are locked or not. 5. the stay which was in total approx 3000 Euros was not worth it. For a 4 Star Hotel there should be more options and more additional food and drinks during breakfast. Positive was the room itself and the cleaning staff!

Nice spot but Long walk from reception to beach villas. It was a bit tough as I had to carry my sleeping daughter once. Breakfast was ok. Overall the spot is lovely and the staff and good. The room was newly renovated and nice and big.

We stayed 8 night in this peaceful and quiet resort in Nort Lamai area. We get nice upgade for bigger room, but as her celebration I decided to upgrade it one more time to beach front Villa. Very nice room and pool and restaurant very near. Breakfast was Ok egg station is my wish list number one and the have it. Service and personal was really good and friendly so Thanks to them. Over all we are very satisfied customer for this peacful resort. Thank you all for great vacation !

We stayed at the Rummana for 2.5 weeks for our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a deluxe villa which was really spacious, light & airy. The bathroom was big and the rainforest shower was amazing. All the staff at the hotel were really friendly and always had a smile and a hello for you. The food at the restaurant was really food especially the Thai set menu we had on our last night. The area itself is pretty quiet which is what we were after. The beach is really nice to have a walk along but it is quite rocky / pebble in places so I would suggest jelly shoes if you go in. All in all a brilliant hotel and we cant wait to come back.

Der Service war unschlagbar gut, wir waren absolut begeistert! Und das Personal war dazu auch noch überaus freundlich, ihnen war einfach nichts zu viel. Das einzige kleine Minus war, dass die Dusche etwas schwer zu bedienen war, aber ich würde behaupten, dass das ein ganz klares Luxusproblem war. Des Weiteren bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die Suite direkt am Pool, das war der Hammer!
