The hotel staff were very friendly but the hotel itself was not that great. Definitely make sure you have a car or you’ll have to climb mountains to go anywhere. Definitely don’t book the studio room- it isn’t very clean and it isn’t in a good location.

Villa was perfect. Staff very friendly. Dinner was however unfortunately overpriced goven the quality and proportion of servings.

Stayed here with my boyfriend, very quiet and peaceful property with stunning views of the ocean and forest, not super far from the popular activities, and close by to coco beach town center. Restaurant food and staff was wonderful!!

Beside the bugs everything else was great ! We will definitely come back again. The best part was the private beach and the reef with the exotic fish (left side of beach)

Unfortunately, on the day we checked out, we parked by the upper level swimming pool to take a swim before traveling south, to meet my cousin who has a house in Venado. Our car was packed and locked but that evening we discovered that my wife’s credit cards, drivers license and cash were missing from her wallet and her iPad tablet was also missing from her backpack. Also when I checked my backpack I discovered my laptop computer and two tablets had been removed along with some other things. Since we did not realize in until hours later when we received a possible fraud alert from a bank card, we did not want to attempt to back track and report it.

Beautiful, clean property and villa. Nice private beach and great, kid-friendly pool. Really loved how spacious the villa was, and how exceptionally clean it was in arrival.

I wish there was no additional cost to borrow paddle boards for resort guests. Also wish the resort had its own fleet of cars or golf carts to rent to guests for short trips to the grocery store. The stove in villa 18 did not work well, and the washing machine Tao leaked. It was fine for a short stay but likely needs repair

A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.

We had the most beautiful view from our room. I loved that every space was an individual cottage, so there was no “hotel” noise from other guests. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
