Location was ideal! The room size was perfect for our group of 5. The guest that took the sofa bed even commented that it was quite comfortable for a sofa bed! The front desk staff is very kind and courteous! On their check-in amenities, they offer dvd rentals and our suite did not have a dvd player so the gentleman working Saturday night brought the DVD player to us at 10pm! The Game Room was a hit with our group! Loved playing the orginial Pac Man! I only wish we had planned to leave some time out to visit the pool.

I didn't realize this was a time-share and did not appreciate the attempt of being talked into attending that meeting; we were on a schedule and I declined to attend at check-in, which was taken really well! I walked away content. However, they called my cell phone the next day but by the time I called back that office had already closed.

As a loyal owner for over 10 years, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was contacted and confirmed multiple times for an appointment regarding updates on new resorts in Williamsburg, yet never informed that my husband’s presence was required. After investing my time to attend, I was turned away — despite my genuine interest in purchasing an additional deed myself. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a long-standing owner.

Close to Colonial Williamsburg and a delightful place for a mini-vacation.
