Staff were great, really helpful and friendly.

The hotel says that it’s soundproofed but it’s absolutely not. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything: TVs, conversations, chairs scraping on the floor. Noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in lots of hotels around the world.

It was a nice size and very clean. Bed was comfortable and amenities in bathrooms always helpful Very to close to several restaurants

I knew it was very near the port which was great to walk from the ferry, but might have been nicer in the shopping areas

Great Hotel

La struttura vanta di avere una posizione davvero strategica, a 250 mt dal porto, con le suite che affacciano proprio sul mare e sul porto, con un terrazzino, seppur di piccole dimensioni, abbastanza gradevole. La stanza era climatizzata, con letto comodo e possibilità di avere anche più cuscini, per me cosa non scontata, poichè sono sempre abbastanza sottili. La colazione è stata abbastanza buona, ricca e con ampia scelta! Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare le piscine, per aver preferito il mare, ma erano incluse nella prenotazione.

All'interno del bagno cieco, l'ipianto di aspirazione non funzionava, cosa abbastanza grave per un albergo di questa portata. L'infisso interno, presentava la guaina usurata e per tale di difficile chiusura. Diciamo che nonostante l'insonorizzazione, alle 5 del mattino, dalla camera accanto, qualcuno avrà acceso il televisore, forse con volume anche troppo alto, dando non poco fastidio. Inoltre le pareti, presentavano alcune cavillature dell'intonaco. Le tovaglie dei tavoli, a colazione, erano sporche e macchiate. Tutto sommato il soggiorno è andato bene, ma per un 4 stelle, sono cose che non dovrebbero assolutamente verificarsi!

Close to the ferry and restaurant but not overlooking the beaches. Staff were friendly. We stayed 7 nights. 4 nights would have been ideal as there is not a lot to do on the property.

Breakfast was horrible. Bowl of anchovies open air all week as an example of poor presentation. Half board is not worth it - if you take the booking.com package they can’t change that and you have to eat at the hotel or you lose the value. Food for lunch/dinner was hit and miss. I would suggest sticking to the wonderful restaurants on the island
