Great and welcoming staff. We were too busy visiting sights to engage with the hotels facilities.

Even though the provided scrambled eggs at breakfast, asking people to pay extra for fried eggs is surprising.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a holiday in Ischia, situated on the lovely harbour, a 5 minute walk to the ferries and close to the bus station. The reception staff are very helpful. There is a small, beautifully warm outdoor pool and a number of sun terraces. The indoor pool requires bathing caps to be worn. The rooms are large but basic. No glasses for water. No tea and coffee making facilities. A kettle can be provided for a charge. The bed is firm and the pillows flat. The air conditioning was not working when we were there as it was not yet summer. It was 23 degrees outside. The rooms have lots of storage space but bring some hangers. The shower was powerful and always hot. Lots of toiletries are provided including toothbrushes. No problems with noise. Breakfasts are made up of lots of sweet items including the desserts from the night before. There are yoghurts but no fruit salad. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages make up thot hot food and there is ham, cheese and breads. Other egg dishes are an additional cost. Half board dinners consist of a salad bar and four courses and the food was generally good. Wine was very good. The star of our stay was the Radia who worked in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. We will always remember her warm smiles and fabulous service.

Posizione ottima, buona la colazione con ampio assortimento. Molti complimenti vanno alla estetista che effettuava i massaggi....veramente brava e competente.

La stanza non corrispondeva alla categoria da noi prenotata: ci hanno assegnato una tripla, mentre avevamo prenotato una camera superior con vista porto. Il letto era scomodissimo e vecchio.

Gentilezza del personale, le piscine, posizione centrale

Il materasso troppo rigido e la colazione varia ma di media qualità

La piscina esterna e il solarium. La stanza standard ampia.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo la pulizia,il mangiare molto abbondante, freschissimo, servizio ottimo,piscine pulitissime,posizione perfetta .lo consiglio vivamente e ritornerò sicuramente.

Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta,solo scorrettezza da parte dell Booking,che non ha indicato che nella mezza pensione era esclusa acqua e bevande. Da parte del albergo tutto ottimo.
