Best Western PLUS Monterrey Airport

This place is amazing. The food was delicious, and the service was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Parking was easy, breakfast was good and the restaurant was great

Air-conditioning was hard to use and didn't work. Beds and rooms felt dirty and hot. Didn't rest well

Due to a storm having passed through half an our earlier, unlike all the other hotels, Best Western's shuttle service was canceled, so we were stuck at the airport 6 miles away and never got to stay at the hotel. We waited outside for the shuttle to arrive and saw other hotel shuttles, but not Best Western's. We called the hotel only to learn their shuttle service had been canceled due to the storm. Not knowing whether we'd ever make it back to the airport for our connecting flight 10 hours later, we decided not to try for taxi service (didn't have cash anyway) and just stayed at the airport overnight (most uncomfortable!). Granted, it was an unusual situation with the storm, but shuttle service was the main reason we had selected Best Western in the first place. Now to try to get reimbursed for the non-hotel stay.

Estuve hospedado dos días, me recibió el transporte en el aeropuerto, el personal fue muy amable y atento... El servicio del desayuno es bueno, la piscina y el gimnasio en buenas condiciones... Definitivamente volvería a ir de nuevo...

i’ve stayed at Best Western Premier and it’s way better than this one. the staff is terrible (front desk). would never stay here again.

Took them 40 minutes to locate reservation staff not friendly bathroom obsolete

2nd time elevator not working. Had to carry my bagage to 3rd floor through staff stairways...
