I was not able to check in on time because the room was not clean due to short staff

The only concern was no fan in the bathroom

There’s a $25 parking fee and a $30 “resort fee” upon check-in, which was not mentioned on Expedia when booking. Not sure what a resort fee covers at a motel with a closed pool/spa and no WiFi in the rooms. The floor in the room was very obviously not vacuumed and the blanket on the bed was crusty. There’s plenty of other cheap motels in Stateline, don’t waste your time with this one.

The person who did the check in was really pleasant and friendly, however, there wasn’t any technician to fix the heater. And therefore, we had a very cold night. The portable heater, we got from the gentleman whom did the check in, only work for a couple of hours. Also, there is a big gap underneath of the main door. Hence, a lot of cold air comes in making matters we’re. As for the rest of the unit, we have no additional suggestions. And thank you

Heat did not work, many other reviewers saying heat has not worked. Extra 80$ in service fees, parking fee is bogus. Would not stay here again
