"Good location with nice staff and good breakfast."

Location was perfect for my needs, breakfast had a nice amount of options. Juices, coffee, shaving dishes with eggs, sausages, potatoes, selection of meats and bread. Staff was very friendly.

Check-in process took a little longer compared to other properties, but there are couches in the main reception so you can sit down with your suitcases and wait for your turn.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה. הניקיון היה טוב.

המיני בר היה מנותק מהחשמל ולא פעל, כך לא הייתה לי שתיה קרה. הקומקום לא פעל, ולא יכולתי להכין תה וקפה. מכשיר הטלפון בחדר לא פעל. ולצורך שיחה עם פקיד הקבלה היה צריך לרדת 3 קומות. ולא ניתן לקבל שיחות מבחוץ. הבקשה לתיקון לא נענו כל השבוע.

Hôtel très bien situé et en plein centre de la ville et de l' avenue Vitosha .Personnels agréables ,souriants ,disponibles et très à écoute . Petit déjeuner variés. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement cet Hôtel.
