"Bom hotel, mas precisa melhorar."

A localização é boa, café da manhã com várias opções, internet funciona bem, prédio antigo, mas banheiro reformado, elevador ok, os funcionários gentis, atenciosos e prestativos.

No quarto o telefone não funcionava. Pedi um dia um despertar, e o funcionário subiu e bateu na porta (!). A temperatura do quarto era uma só: quente. Não era possível alterar.Tive que desligar o aparelho e abrir a janela, pois fazia muito calor. No banheiro não tinha apoio/prateleira no box, para apoiar sabonete e shampoo. O jeito era deixar no chão e ficar abaixando. O carpete do quarto precisava de uma lavagem.

"Buena ubicacion"

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicacion, muy centrico, lo que te permite acceder a los pricipales puntos de interes de la ciudad. Desayuno correcto.

El hotel vende una categoria que no corresponde, es mas un tres estrellas. Habitacion pequeña, un armario minusculo encima en una esquina, y no tienes como colocar tu ropa de una forma adecuada, no hay espacio ni lugar para que las maletas no esten por el medio continuamente, El cuarto de baño muy pequeño, ademas el labavo es muy pequeñito y si abres el grifo muy fuerte te mojas todo, ademas el suelo muy resbaladizo. tampoco tienes donde colocar los efectos de aseo. La limpieza escasa, dos dias no hicieron la limpieza de habitacion, lo dejamos la queja en recepcion y ni caso, alegan que el servicio de limpieza termina a las 16'30 y no les dio tiempo. Para un supuesto cuatro estrellas no se justifica esta falta de limpieza
