Quiet Very nice interior decor Excellent food at Christmas buffet

Parking was a free for all Icy conditions in parking area

Many good amenities like the casino and pool area. The pool and hot tub were outdoors but nice even when it was cold.

A little outdated it could use some upgrades in the room.

We stayed at St. Eugene hotel for two night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel arranged flowers and a cake, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable and the stay itself was pleasant. Breakfast was quite simple with limited variety, but the staff were amazing. The lady who served us at breakfast was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience better. We went to the pub for dinner, which is located next to the casino. Unfortunately, the service there was not very welcoming. Although we arrived during operating hours, the kitchen was close to closing, and most of the items we asked for were said to be unavailable. The staff didn’t seem very helpful, so we had to order only what was available. Apart from the pub experience, the hotel stay was good, and the main hotel staff were friendly and professional

Nice and cozy place to stay in proximity from Kimberley ski place (downhill &xcountry). Whole resort very distinctive arranged around old building. Exceptionally clean maintained.

Very nice buildings. Never was to a casino before but was happy I went.
