One parking spot is available per townhome. Any additional vehicles must be parked in overflow parking at the top of the resort. Please note, there are no food or beverage options on-site. The nearest restaurant is 10 minutes away and the nearest grocery store is in Vernon. Please note the front desk operates only during the following hours: 08:00-16:00, and from July to August: 08:00-18:00. Guests checking-in outside of these hours need to contact the property directly for access codes to enter the property. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the resort fee only applies between June 1 through September long weekend.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect."

Excellent location on the lake. Very quiet and the property was perfect with everything you would want. The hosts were very helpful and greatly assisted us with a tricky situation. Couldn't ask for more.

"A disappointing vacation."

Great location. Big living room and kitchen area. Nice bathrooms. Plenty of wardrobes and hangers for clothes. Indoor sitting area very good with plenty of sofas.

Check-in instructions were not good. We arrived after 16;00 and there was no one at the Owner's lodge to provide check-in. So we called the number on the booking and someone guided us in checking in. They said an email with instructions was sent but none was received by me. I then found a message in Booking.com which provided guidance in checking in. Shower floor in master bed is very slippery. Overall the property lacked in cleanliness. Wifi was not working so I had to re-boot the router and then it worked but was slow. At least a few canoes should be provided. Not worth the money spent.
