room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Food (breakfast) was good and available in time to attend the first lecture at the conference center (7 am - I needed the coffee so thank you for having breakfast at 6;30). People were courteous, parking was reasonable and location was great.

The hotel is renovating rooms and changed the lock on our door while we were out without telling us. We returned from lunch and were locked out of our room - which means our room was entered despite having a do not disturb sign on it. Only one elevator seemed to work and we were on the 11th floor and workers had to use the same elevator which meant longer waits, etc. None of these were a deal breaker but communication about renovations could have been better.

Hotel is under renovation with only one elevator functioning. The elevator was also being used by the construction workers causing significant delays going to or from your room.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

The hotel is Beautiful BUT they were renovating rooms. Mattress boxes were in common areas of each floor as well as stacked boxes in the Lobby Common room. Empty hoxes and trash was outside on the deont side of the property. There had to be a better plan.

This hotel is in the middle of a renovation and that was not notated. The room is big, but the bathroom is small. You can tell that they had done some rework over in the bathroom and it really wasn’t up to par. They only had one elevator working when I went into the room. The air filter hadn’t been emptied in months and you could see the dust from the filter coming through. He said it was $25 a night for parking and the parking deck was across the street but every time I kept trying to use the parking ticket that the parking system gave me it gave me it wasn’t charging anything but yet the hotel is charging $25 a night even though the parking deck across the street from it is free when I stayed at the hotel.

During my stay there was an issue with key cards. The staff was accommodating and resolved the issue quickly.
