"Wonderful staff!"

We needed to check in before 4 pm for our daughter’s graduation and the very nice front desk woman made it happen for us. The cleaning woman was quick to respond and I was really impressed with that kind of customer service even though they were all busy.

Would like an extra blanket in the rooms. I got cold and forgot to bring one.

We felt safe at this location. This property is located off the interstate and is close to downtown. This property has a cool Western motif. The complementary buffet breakfast was very good. Our room and the hotel common areas were clean. This property is great for kids. The pool is set up for kids play. And there’s a hot tub for the adults.

"Sehr schönes Hotel, wirkt nicht wie das Hotel aus einem großen Franchise."

Das gesamte Hotel hat viel Holz verbaut und einen tollen Charme. Es hat nicht das Ambiente normaler Hotelketten, sondern was eigenständiges. An der Außenfassade sind viele lebensgroße Bären aus Holz angebracht, welche dort "klettern", das hebt das Hotel von vielen anderen Ketten ab. Innen auch viel Holz und schöne, ruhige Farben - viel rot und braun. Gutes Frühstück. Es gibt einen Pool und einen kleinen Kraftraum. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten gut. Internet ist schnell.

Wie fast überall in den USA wird viel Plastik verschwendet, vor allem beim Frühstück. Die Empfangsdame war nicht sonderlich freundlich, sondern sehr wortfaul und mit steinernem, unfreundlichen Gesichtsausdruck.
