Staff were great!! Super friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain in the room had mold all over the bottom, and my son was grossed out by the murkiness of the pool, the hair and the hot tub foam from body oils etc. to be fair it was a very murky pool, but that was the reason we stayed there because the reviews said it was so fun. For the price it didn’t seem to match up.

Checked in and experienced bed bugs. Paid for The night was there 30 minutes and found other hotel to stay at. Was not given a refund or complimentary stay for the issue. Very bad experience. Also reaching out to the hotel staff I received no help whatsoever. Nothing was done to make it right.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff that was there tried their best.

Scheduled a 3pm check in and was greeted with a 20 minute wait at the front desk because the clerk was not there and someone form housekeeping was filling in. This was at 4:30 as we arrived late. I was told that our room would not be ready for about another hour. I agreed as there was a line behind me. I wanted to pay in cash as I was not able to stop at a bank and make a deposit prior to my trip. She had to call a manager on the phone and ask how to process a cash payment. She hung up the phone and stated that she need my card as an imprint only and it would not be charged and I would be contacted that evening or I could come down to the front desk and pay the next morning at checkout. We were able to enter our room in just under 55 minutes after talking with the cleaning staff on our floor. The next morning, prior to the receipt being slipped under my door I got a text form my bank alerting me to an overdraft on a processed charge at this hotel. On top of that, out of the 4 TV channels my wife wanted to watch, none of them would come in clearly for more than 15-20 seconds.

The breakfast was fine and location was fine.

Staff was never at front desk and acted weird. My son got cut and broke his toe in the pool. An alarm went off in the middle of the night not once but twice.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. It was very conveniently located and easy to walk to different restaurants in the area.

I booked three rooms two months in advance. The rooms were not close to each other. When we checked in, we were given no information on anything regarding the hotel. The elevator made clunking noise and drop a few inches when we would get in and when it would stop.

On our journey from Duluth to Medora my wife and I stopped at Fargo for a one night stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable room and we were well rested at this smart and well managed hotel for our ongoing journey the following day.

Easy access, entrance off of parking area.

Area near door for wet articles to be placed so interior floor did not get wet.
