This property is located in Sea Pines Plantation. Entry is required for a one-time fee of USD 9, payable at the gate. The property's reception opening hours are: -Sunday: 09:00 to 17:00 -Thursday: 09:00 to 19:00 Guests should use the phone on Marriott's Harbor Club's front porch to reach the front desk at Marriott's Monarch front desk at 843-363-3040. Keys and arrival materials will then be delivered by the Manager on Duty. Parking is available for 2 cars per reservation. Parking is available for USD 25 plus tax per vehicle. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

I got there and the elevator was broken for 3 days my mom and I are handicapped and they gave me a room on the 5th floor ( the last) no one came to do the room during the day I had to put the trash away myself, on the check out no one helps me with the language I have to bring down my luggage by myself with my daughter help. the service was terrible. I will never ever stay there

Inviting property. Quiet in the midst of bustling Harbor Town, Hilton Head. Excellent waterfront view and comfortable spacious rooms. Maybe needs a couple more upholstered chairs in living room. Staff was attentive.

The villa was super clean and very spacious for our family. Close to Harbourtown. The pool was not very clean and I couldnt find pool towels anywhere, the hot tub was closed. The lady at the front desk at check in was super helpful, however, the lady on the 2nd day couldnt help us with a boat tour we inquired about, or where to get ice.

"Wheelchair accessible"

We asked for a wheelchair accessible room. We were so surprised to actually get one that was. The master bed was not so high that my husband could not get in it. There were bars in the bathroom to help him stand. He could roll his wheelchair into the shower and sit on the bench provided. This was such a change from other places we stayed at. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. We truly enjoyed it.

The units are very spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with everything about my stay. Great location in Harbortown! Just walk across the street to shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again.
