"Good"

The Hotel is getting a little tired and run down. Rooms and bathrooms not overly clean. Outside pool area and furniture a bit worn and weatherbeaten. Staff are lovely. In room prepared breakfast very nice touch.

"Slice of Heaven"

I have stayed at Malisa Villa on several occasions and will keep on returning. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and the location is convenient to transport, beach restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a recharge or for a romantic getaway.

"Nice pool villa"

Really enjoyed my stay. Plenty of food choices a short walk from villa. Beach is within walking distance. About 10 mins walk.

"Honeymoon stay"

We finished our honeymoon here. We left Italy early and came back to Phuket we were not disappointed by our decision. The Malisa Villas were a perfect way to relax and finish our honeymoon.

"Cant wait to go back"

We enjoyed 5 nights in a Grand Villa. We had an awesome stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile at the start and end of our day! Loved the private villa and pool. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant or in your villa which is nice. Mini bar items are also included which was a nice touch. The location is very central with plenty of restaurants, massage places and shops right outside your door.

"Beautiful villa in a great location. "

We stayed 6 nights at Malisa on our honeymoon and loved it. Beautiful villa with a lot of character. Staff were extremely helpful. It's in a great location too with restaurants, massage, shopping right as you step out the front of the hotel. The beach is just a few mins away. Only recommendation is to replace the pool tiles as it would add the extra wow and fix some boards around the pool. But we had a fantastic time.

(+)Malissa is an amazing place. The rooms and private swimming pool are awesome and the staff friendly. 5' walk to Kata beach. (-)Please change the equipment in the fitness facility.
