Relaxing, quiet environment. Mid week stay not busy, pool hot tub and sauna to myself.

No bathtub in my room, next time I will ask when booking.

The location and amenities are beautiful. Lots of trails to hike nearby. Goderich is only minutes away. But even if you didn't leave the inn there is enough to keep you occupied all weekend.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but my girlfriend found it comfortable.

Been here more than a few times now and the views from some of the rooms are beautiful. The pool is always a hit because it’s normally not very busy. The breakfast is a good value and is well worth it.

Can’t say anything I didn’t like

Liked the views but felt the inn itself could use a refresh dining room had a leak in the roof and hot tub area had mold as well as the hot tub jets were not working several fans and dehumidifiers in the halls for dampness also elevator was not working pool water was cold asked for 2 coffee pods and was told we could have them but that we should be charged for them lol breakfast very over priced

The dining room was a peaceful and comfortable experience with a quiet atmosphere. The food at supper and the following breakfast the next morning was delicious. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were too soft because I prefer a firmer pillow. Overall, the king size bed was a nice treat! The spa was okay. I really enjoyed the facial and relaxing. I think I could’ve fallen asleep. The manicure was satisfactory, because the staff did not really shape the nails well and did not clip off any hang nails. I have had better manicures. The staff did not spend much time buffing out my calluses at the bottom of my feet. I would have preferred a beautiful foot massage for the price. The Benmiller is a very relaxing place and far away from the hustle bustle of the big cities. I love the fact that is close to the water and Lake Huron and Goderich.

The property itself outside was unique as was the dining room.

The room itself was a bitter disappointment. The heat in the room had not been turned on, room temperature was 10 *C on arrival. The room itself had barely room to move around, small closet, no place to put suitcases, plastic glasses in bathroom. Very cold there as well. All Amenities were substandard. Ceiling in bathroom showed water leakage and rust with grime and soap build up on the shower metal hanger. Truly a disappointment for what was expected to be a comfortable warm room.

On a manqué d’électricité, durant la nuit, nil faisait froid et mon mari n’a pas pu utiliser son CPAP pour dormir!!!! Donc on n’a pas bien dormi et on devrait avoir un dédommagement! Puisque c’était payé par Booking, on n’a pas pu demander! J’utiliserai moins souvent booking pour des hôtels pour cette raison! Dommage
