Benmiller Inn & Spa

We stayed at the Benmiller Inn Nov 14-16/25. The area is great, the rooms are huge but very dated. The pool is advertised heated, we couldnt go in because it was too cold. The sana was not working, we were not informed of this when we booked. I was looking forward to using it. The Whirl pool was way to hot and very little jets. We could only sit on the side with our feet in. We had breakfast in the restuarnt, the food was good. Im not sure if I would stay here again. Laura

The breakfast was good as was the dinner the night before. Wait staff were very professional and attentive. Loved staying in such an old building and the grounds around it were great.

The building that held the swimming pool and hot tub needed painting but was otherwise clean and well cared for.

Booked two rooms in the in the Spa building for my wife and I and a separate room for our son and spouse. This was birthday gift for both of them, and the package included dinner and Brunch. The rooms were very clean, bright and had a great view over the river. These rooms have all amenities including a whirlpool tub, coffee maker, log effect fire, and air conditioning. The rooms look to have been recently renovated and were spotless. The dinner package was excellent with a great menu and delicious food that was cooked perfectly, and the same can be said about the buffet brunch. The staff could not have been friendlier and we were made to feel very welcome. This is not our first visit and we will be returning again shortly. Thank you for the hospitality.

Close to Goderich and Bayfield. Beautiful grounds and the old architecture. Liked our upgraded suite with a balcony in Gledhill.

Wish that breakfast was included.

This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Always a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The food in the restaurant is exceptional! The staff is awesome as well.

It is a lovely, rustic inn set on a beautiful piece of property! The grounds are beautiful and blend in well with the natural setting the Inn is in. We stayed at Ben Miller Inn several years ago and loved it. We wanted to take a few days away and to celebrate an anniversary. When we arrived we realised that it was a little more difficult then we remembered. Both my husband and I have mobility issues and unfortunately Ben Millar is not accessible but we managed as we had a ground floor room booked with a lovely view over the pond with a balcony. The room was huge. As you enter the room there is a huge closet and in the same area a lovely little coffee station with Keurig and fridge. This is behind doors. The main part of the room has a king size bed and night tables and the bedside lamps have places to plug in mobile phones etc. The other part of the room has a large flat screen tv with a 3 seater couch two large chairs with overhead lamps and a coffee table made from parts of machinary from the old woolen mill Incredible. The room also had patio doors out to the balcony overlooking the pond. There is plenty of room to put clothes away with 4 drawer dresser and other nooks and cranies. One great feature was there was a bar in the shower to grab onto is you need it. We were in the dinning room twice ,the first night our server was Madelaine and she was absolutely superb we would give her and 11 out of 10! The second night our server was Jackson and he also was superb another 11 out of 10. We enjoyed both evenings and the food was delicious, We did not go far the first two days as we took time to relax, read and knit. The third day we ventured into Goderich but unfortunatly the Courthouse Square had construction going on and we could not go to the places we wanted to but had a great meal at West side Willies, The drive to Goderich and back was lovely the scenery peaceful. All in all a great trip..

Being somewhat disabled there were a lot of steps to manage but as we were on the ground floor no stairs. This is a converted woolen mill with more than one building and it would be difficult to make it totally accessible. We managed.
