They are prepared with a lot of options for tours and gluten free breakfast, even tho quality of gluten free products is not the best. They provide you with a towel and change it everyday.

I got the top bed and the stairs was beside the pillow of the person sleeping down, and plus, it was in a verry narrow space in between the bed and the closet. Very hard to climb up...

​I had a brilliant experience at Hostel Ullysse and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ​What I Liked: ​The Perfect Location: It sits right in the heart of Sorrento town centre. It was an easy, flat 5-minute walk to Corso Italia and only 10 minutes to the public gardens for incredible sunset views. ​Outstanding Staff: The team was incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to help arrange a seamless, stress-free day trip to Capri. ​Comfortable Rooms: The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and featured great amenities like a TV and excellent air conditioning. ​Great Breakfast Variety: The morning spread was fantastic, offering everything from fresh fruit and cereal to hams, cheeses, scrambled eggs, and bacon. ​Excellent Service Recovery: When the automated coffee machine's milk function wasn't working, the kitchen staff were incredibly kind and manually hand-made me a perfect flat white coffee instead.

The automated coffee machine's milk function was out of service during breakfast, though the staff quickly and beautifully resolved this by making my coffee by hand. ​The fridge in the room's cabinet was boxed in too tightly, which meant we couldn't fully open the fridge door. However, the reception staff were helpful as always and kindly offered for us to use the main fridge at reception if we needed to store anything.

We loved everything, didn't understand why is it a hostel, looks like a large hotel. Very clean, very comfortable, great breakfast buffet every morning, very polite, accommodating employees, great location. 5 if us stayed in 2 rooms for 4 days. We loved everything. Thank you! We would very happily return.

The spa is 1 pool, the water was too hot to be refreshing, there was a sauna and steam room, for €20. I used it once.
