John is the most accommodating and delightful! Anything we needed he made available to us. He arranged a taxi from the port last minute, he helped rent us a car, he provided recommendations for places to visit and the list goes on. The location is ideal, walking distance from great restauarants (Katerina is great) and a short drive to Fira for great sunset view. The breakfast was convenient and simple. The rooms were cleaned daily which was awesome. The only issue was the wetting up of the bathroom floor everytime someone showered due to the short shower curtain. We jokingly called it a swimming pool but it was cleaned and the mat replaced everyday when we returned.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is walking distance to Fira but the bus stop is also only a block or so away so convenient. It was an affordable option for our family of 5. Staff we friendly, helpful and breakfast was decent. Really appreciated them holding our rooms when due to flight issues we arrived two days late. We were looking for a safe, central and economical spot to tour the island and this was perfect. Would stay again for sure.
Everything was nice, quick check in, friendly staff, near Karterados bus stop so easy access. Room nice and spacious. Shower area very small but overall nice place and good value for money so would return again.
Hôtel bien situé, proche de Fira et des bus de transports qui desservent l'île. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est très répétitif, pas beaucoup de choix et pas très bon. Sur 4 petits déjeuner payé je n'en ai pris qu'un seul...
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast consisted of cereal, bread, cheese, salami and cake. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was small and really awkward to try not to soak the full room due to the way the shower curtain etc was set up. It was close to a few restaurants and supermarket.
This is by far the best place I have ever been at. First of all, the hotel is located at in the center of island and no matter where you decide to go, you can reach the destination in 20 minutes. I recommend getting ATV for driving around, it is a wonderful joy to ride it around island. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the very first day we arrived. They allowed us to check in early and our suitcases were kept at the reception few hours after check out (before our flight) while we were visiting around. Breakfast was good, toast sandwiches were my favorite. Also, there are many greek traditional restaurants around. I rate this place 10/10
I have been working in the hospitality business for the last 40 years. With the increasing tourist volume and invasion of the most interesting sites by the whole world it is difficult to find the authentic value.
