Best Western Airport Motel and Convention Centre

pickup and drop off with the airport shuttle were smooth. Breakfast was really decent. I appreciated that the heater worked well and got the room warm quickly on a very cold night. The kettle with tea bags and a cookie were very welcome after a long and tiring day. For a place to sleep between flights it was perfect.

This was our sixth stay at Best Western Airport Motel, and once again they exceeded all our expectations. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and stress-free. This time they kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost, which was such a wonderful surprise. When my son's flight was unexpectedly delayed, they showed incredible kindness, understanding and support, making a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Their genuine care and exceptional customer service are the reason we keep coming back. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every staff member is warm, friendly and professional. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when travelling through Melbourne. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic stay—we can't recommend you highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. It was very quiet which was perfect.

It took a long time for the shuttle bus to get to the airport. I called in advance but was told to only call when we got to the airport and it meant we had to wait.

The staff were nice and accommodating, but it's a shame they have such a terrible facility that they need to work in.

I was given an upgrade to a bigger room, which was nice, but when I went in, it smelled strongly of a women's public bathroom. It was so off-putting that I had to ask to change rooms. I was then put into my original room, which was fine, but it was not clean; there was hair in the shower, and you could tell the place was tired, in desperate need of a renovation, and all the corners had dust or mould in them. There was a mysterious stain of brown substance dripping across the closet door. I was genuinely surprised that this got such a good review on booking.com. I felt dirty spending the night there. The breakfast was fine, although you had to pay extra for a proper coffee, and the one from the machine was undrinkable. Not many gf options at breakfast.
