"Very Good"

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was also very good.

Network was really bad and tv didn't work at all. The space in the bathroom was very less. Parking was available but not easy Parking specially for big vehicle

"Great stay and shuttle bus"

Rooms were very clean. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. Staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the airport shuttle that we use. They even picked us up from the train station at Broadmeadows. Would highly recommend staying here.

"Perfect place to stay for late evening arrival"

Great location for late evening flight. Shuttle service worked really well. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast including fresh fruit salad and mini pastries, plus cooked breakfast, cereals and cold cheese and meats. Yum.

Room a bit dark naturally, but there was heaps of lighting. Bit of noise from people's suitcase wheels in the early morning.

We were picked up at 11pm by the Best Western shuttle bus and taken to our accommodation about 10 mins away from the airport. Easy check in. The room was spacious and very clean. A good size bathroom and the shower recess was also a good size. Nice hot shower too. The beds were very comfy and super crisp linen. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and hot and a great variety of food. Fantastic staff. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend

Free shuttle from the airport, decent accomodation, comfortable and fine for a one night stay

Breakfast was only okay, the place is a bit old and perhaps a bit dated so was okay.

"Just what we needed"

The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The shower made you not want to go home.

Th walk from our room to the restaurant was bit slippery and was an uneven surface.
