Fata Turchina Wellness Center: ATTENTION! BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM THE SPA IS NOT INCLUDED WITH ONE-NIGHT STAYS. IF INTERESTED PLEASE INQUIRE IN ADVANCE. The wellness path consists of access for 2 hours to the 820 ft² spa. Massages available, also by appointment. Bathrobe, bath towel and slippers provided. Swimming cap and swimming costume required. ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES ACCESS Pool/Spa FOR CHILDREN: Mon/Fri 9-11, 11-13, 13-15. Sat/Sun 9-11, 11-13. Cost € 4 up to 6 years or € 8 up to 11. From 12 years of age onwards costs and services are the same as for adults. When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of € 20,00 per night applies. The dogs are allowed in all room types except Junior Spa and Royal Spa Suite. Cats are NOT allowed. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Hotel Lovere Resort & Spa has a wellness center which is included in the price only for overnights of 2 nights or longer. For shorter stays it is available with extra costs. Reservation is compulsory. The levying of charges will be at the hotel on departure. Children are allowed to the spa until 13:00 during the week and until 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. A 2-hour beauty package or a wellness circuit in the spa are available at extra costs and must be booked in advance. Dogs are welcome (in some rooms) with an extra fee per night. Cats are not welcome, due to problems caused to rooms by previous careless owners.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Our Classic rooms have a surface area of 18/20m2 with a divisible double bed and a balcony overlooking the square/parking lot of our hotel. Our Superior Laterali are 25-30m2 rooms and are located on the first floor facing the street or on the third floor (quieter rooms), with PARTIAL/SIDE LAKE VIEW due to roofs or houses. It is possible to request rooms on the first or third floor and the possibility will be evaluated based on the hotel's occupancy. These rooms are all equipped with divisible double beds, some have a third single bed, others a sofa bed to accommodate up to 3 people (4 if at least one is a child under 12). One room is on two levels with access via steps and the only one with a king size bed. The flooring is in light tiles and the bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). Dogs are allowed, on request, with a supplement.

Location was amazing

Check out policy is very strict & it is very early at 11 am. In the reception they were not flexible and they insisted that I pay extra 29€ for late check out at 12:35pm although no body highlighted this for me verbally at check in!!!

La zona

Esperienza molto negativa. Al mio arrivo nessuno della reception mi ha informato che il sabato mattina si svolge il mercato proprio davanti all’hotel, dove avevo parcheggiato l’auto. Di conseguenza il veicolo è stato rimosso, causandomi disagi e spese. Successivamente ho scoperto che normalmente i clienti vengono avvisati di questa situazione, soprattutto se non sono della zona, ma nel mio caso ciò non è avvenuto. Ho segnalato l’accaduto alla direzione, senza ricevere comprensione né alcuna attenzione verso il problema. Non contesto le regole comunali, ma la mancanza di cura e assistenza nei confronti del cliente. Per questo lascio una recensione negativa.
