They didn’t have breakfast like they said they did and they also had pool and a hot tub but it was also out of order. Faults advertising

ok My friend and I got there on Thursday. We dropped our stuff off at the room then went to where we needed to go. When we got back to the room that night, we got ready to go to bed and my friend pulled the sheets back on her bed to find some kind of smear stain on the sheet, so she slept on top of the sheets, and we told the front desk on our way out. The staff came in and changed the sheets and gave us fresh towels (2 women with long hair and they gave us 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth). Our floors and trash were not touched. On my way-out Saturday morning I told the front desk Thank you for changing the sheets and thanks for the clean towels but that the trash was still in the room and the floors were still dirty. When my friend left, she said the maid gave her the stink eye, but she didn't know that I had said something at the front desk until later. When I came back in on Sunday night, I told the front desk that the trash was still in my room when I left that morning and the floor still had stuff on them. I did receive texts on Friday and Saturday saying that the hotel would not have any water during the hours of 11am and 5 pm due to them working on the water lines. So I didn't expect my sinks or tub to be cleaned (which they were not), but the floors are vinyl and a broom would have solved the issue. After Friday Nothing was done in our room.

It was convenient

There was no pool. No breakfast. I thought all super8 had at least donuts

A place to stay.

There was no breakfast at all.. only coffee. Hot tub and pool were shut down. Which should have been stated when we booked the reservation. The water was shut off from 11:00AM-5:00pm. Carpet felt funky and damp but was dry.

Pas de petit déjeuner juste un café malgré l’information qui est noté sur le net, la piscine fermée et la vétusté des équipements et le manque de propreté rideaux sales moquette hors d’usage, etc..

Could have rated higher but there no continental breakfast as advertised. Clean, comfy room and good front desk service.

No breakfast at this location

When I booked the room on booking.com It said 1 room left at this rate lower rate. When I booked it then it said no longer available pick a different rate. Well then I chose the same room for the higher rates which said includes breakfast so I figured it was worth the difference in price. But after checking in the front desk man said no breakfast was offered. He said it was a booking .Com issue and refused to reimburse me for the higher price I paid for the room to get the breakfast. Don't want to assume this was a bait and switch but sure felt like it. Also I did not get the quiet room and there was a property ground light pointed right at my window which lit my room up like daylight which made it impossible to get any sleep at all. So no sympathy from anyone at the motel. Felt like I paid for a room I didn't get.

Great spacious room, bed is ok. Everything works.

I can't open any windows, I like to change the air before I get to sleep.
