Gentilezza dei proprietari, buono il ristorante e la colazione

La pulizia della camera non sufficiente. Polvere sui comodini, sulle lampade e sulla sbarra della testiera del letto. Il pavimento era sporco o lavato molto male. Non ci sono indicazioni chiare sulla posizione della reception e della sala colazione.

Le cadre est superbe! Calme en pleine campagne mais pas loin de la ville. La piscine était agréable et ouverte en octobre! L’accès au train pour se rendre à Florence est facile. Personnel très gentil!

Chambre un peu rustique mais propre. Dommage qu‘ il est eu un quiproquo, on nous dit le matin que c’est ok on a juste à laisser les clefs sur la porte pour au finale faire un recours à booking…

Personale gentile e disponibile. Johnatan fa la differenza, molto bravo! Cena molto buona e posizione stupenda, dalla terrazza si vede un panorama pazzesco sulle colline toscane!

La camera un po’ piccola e il materasso scomodo. La struttura è su più livelli ma purtroppo ci sono solo scale e avendo un passeggino con un bimbo di 4 mesi non è stato semplice spostarsi!
