The Liner Hotel

Great building, quirky kitch theme which was great. Lovely staff, well located close to everything. Very comfortable beds. Fan was supplied sure to the heat.

The room for very steamy and lacked air-conditioning, a fan was supplied but it was loud, like really loud, but cooling at least. I booked it knowing it didn't have AC, so that's on me.

Great hotel in a great location.

Really nice breakfast and I thought good value for money. Our stay was during the heatwave so we were given a big fan, which was great. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. And happy hour in the bar was good!

We could have done with a couple more plug sockets, particularly by the bed so we could charge our phones, which had our alarm clocks on them. And another rail for the towels - one nearer the sink - would have been good.

The staff and the service is spoton

The hotel is described as staying on a luxury liner. It couldn't be further from that truth, there is no air-conditioning in the rooms unless you book the exclusive suites. The window opens a inch so no air can get in and the hotel supply you with one fan to circulate the hot air and you are allowed no more fans either. The accessible room was not big enough to get a wheelchair in and if you want a shower you had to climb into a bath, also the ventilation in the bathroom was non existent. If the hotel does a refurbishment I recommend removing most of the baths and replacing them with walk in showers or make the bathroom a wet room and installing air-conditioning in all the rooms.

La ubicación estaba bien

Hacía mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado. Además la ventana no se podía abrir. El pasillo no lo tenían nada ventilado. Se estaba mejor en la calle que la habitación y eso que era un sexto. Además en el último día sonó la alarma de incendios a las 7 de la mañana y nadie dio ninguna explicación. Otro problema es que esta encima de la estación de tren y se oyen los anuncios de los trenes
