"It was ok"

Loved loved loved The breakfast ( some of it ) and I also loved that the hotel was not a big one . It also didn’t have a lot of kids just running around without the parents

The meats with breakfast was not cooked all the way . The person working the kitchen just kept standing around looking . When things got low you would tell him but he didn’t do anything about it . I love waffles and I told him a few times it was empty he put a napkin under it so the little that was in it would come out. Then when I went to get more he barely put any batter in it . The pool was overall nasty looking . I did suck it up and get in, but it was only for about 20 mins to take some pictures . As soon as I got out I was itchy ALL over my body . Took multiple showers just to relax from all the itching . I also didn’t like how they never came to replenish the towels tissue etc. it never stated online that they do it every 3 days. Which actually sucks . I had to keep looking for someone before the day was over with to get new towels and wash rags . It was late ran out of tissue so I had to go all the way to the first floor restroom just to take a roll of tissue from there . I didn’t like that you have to pay to wash your laundry , most hotels where I stay u have free laundry ( for all the money you spend it should be free ) but I can’t remember the guys name when I came to check in he was overall amazing tho I can say that . He answered any questions and concerns I had before his shift ended. The day of my departure it took a while to find someone at the desk most of the stay a lot of the employees were sitting in the room behind the desk in their phones .

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offer was good. The linens and beds were comfy. Recommend the queen suite, good size for a family.

The curtain was ripped and dirty in the window The bathroom floor was dirty.Missing conditioner bottles on the wall in shower. .

Only 2 people working spoke English My room was DIRTY especially the bathroom (tub & toilet) The hall mirror looked like somebody had spit on it Only had one icemaker and we barely got enough ice to fill 2 cups

Friendly staff!

The shower knob was weird to adjust. The bathroom didn't seem as clean as it could have been. A drink was left in the freezer by a previous guest.
