HoteLumiere at the Arch - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Location was great.

No breakfast and No bar. Also interiors needs to be remodeled.

The lobby was gorgeous and inviting. The room was spacious, a bit out dated but comfortable.

The bathroom was falling apart and dirty, room 315. I ended up buying supplies to clean it myself because the front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending. We were afraid to ask them anything because these women were extremely rude. When we did ask them questions they looked at us like we were bothering them and spoke to us as if we were idiots. There was one man we encountered and he was nice enough. However, the women we encountered honestly are a bad look for guests arriving. A smile and kind words make a better impression than a scowl, dirty looks completed with a unfriendly nasty attitude. Also the air freshener needs to be toned down a lot. It was so overwhelming and powerful, we instantly got headaches.

Rooms nice and clean. Very roomy and comfortable.

The first impression coming into the lobby was so beautiful I love the glass elevator and the opportunity to connect to the casino was very helpful staff was really nice and pleasant

We didn't have washcloths we had to ask for wash clothes I thought they should have been there the Skywalk to the casino was a bit long I would have preferred if there were some breakfast options to begin the morning that would have been nice

Nothing rooms smelled like smoke my suitcase still smells like smoke

Got charged twice for the rooms once through booking.com and once through the hotel room smell like smoke suitcase still smells like smoke had to watch all my clean clothes that I never worn because they smell like smoke no hot tub no swimming pool
