I do not recommend this hotel. We paid the full amount for our stay on April 21: $710.05 for one room and $710.05 for the second room. More than three weeks after check-out, the hotel charged my card an additional $350 without a clear explanation, invoice, or evidence. When I asked for the reason, they only said that hotels can charge for smoking or damage, but they did not provide any proof, photos, or exact explanation. We did not smoke or damage anything, and no issue was mentioned during check-out. This is very unprofessional and unfair. Guests should not be charged extra weeks later without proper evidence or documentation.
